Read All About It! School Triumphs Over Comics!!!

Yes, I'm sorry to say that that old arch nemesis of all things comic, College, triumphed over the comic strip producing of this cartoonist! In an ideal world, I would set everything aside, think of some funny things, and get straight to work on making them into comic strips.

Unfortunately, this is not an ideal world that we live in, and when it comes to getting good grades and putting food on the table for my two children, that takes priority over the comic making aspect of my life. Don't think that I haven't stressed about it... In fact, I'm worried that I'll lose readership because I wasn't faithful to you, my fans. But I'm certain that this is only a dip in the road on my way to success.

Fall Holiday

I'm sorry to report, but today there will be no new comic strip. Due to the "Fall Holiday" here at Utah State University, The Utah Statesman is not being published. I wish to maintain true to my publisher, so there will not be a new comic posted today.

Sorry for the let-down. I hope that you will keep coming back every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for more fresh JT & Tea!

Sad, But True...

Today's comic is based on something that happened to me when I was a child. Of course, I was only about 5 years old when it happened. Still, it is actually something of a legendary tale that has been told around my family's dinner table for many years; always accompanied by raucous laughter. Boy, did I learn my lesson that day.
